Ms. Duong Thi Thanh Luong is the Chairwoman of the Board of SolarBK and one of the early pioneers who laid the foundation for the clean energy sector in Vietnam since the 1980s, at a time when renewable energy was still a nascent concept.

With more than four decades of dedication to clean energy research and development, she has contributed to shaping scientific thinking, inspiring generations, and paving the way for the transition of sustainable energy solutions from laboratories into real-life applications.

As Chairwoman, she provides long-term strategic direction, ensuring that SolarBK remains steadfast in its development path grounded in science, technology, and responsibility toward society and future generations.
 

Mr. Nguyen Duong Tuan is the Chief Executive Officer of SolarBK, who has directly led and shaped the company’s nearly 20-year journey as a pioneer in renewable energy solutions in Vietnam. With a strong academic background from Bach Khoa University and a technology-driven mindset, he has consistently pursued the mission of translating clean energy research into practical applications, gradually building an integrated value chain spanning research, manufacturing, project development, and long-term operation.

With a long-term vision, international exposure, and a philosophy of steady, resilient growth, he has guided SolarBK to focus not on short-term expansion but on real value creation, economic efficiency, and long-lasting impact, contributing meaningfully to energy transition and sustainable development.

In addition to his role at SolarBK, Mr. Tuan currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Green Business Association (HGBA), actively connecting the business community and promoting a green economic ecosystem in support of Vietnam’s energy transition roadmap and Net Zero 2050 goals.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Quynh leads SolarBK’s Business Division, responsible for shaping and driving the company’s market development strategy amid the rapid transformation of the energy sector.

With deep expertise in renewable energy, she focuses on developing business models that closely integrate technology, economic efficiency, and sustainability goals, enabling SolarBK’s clean energy solutions to reach the market in a practical and long-term manner. She is also an active industry expert, regularly contributing insights at professional forums and conferences on Vietnam’s clean energy market.

Ms. Hoang Thi Uyen oversees the Finance, Asset Management, and Investment functions at SolarBK, ensuring a solid financial foundation for the company’s long-term development. She is responsible for overall financial governance, maintaining transparency, financial discipline, and efficient allocation of resources.

In addition, she plays a critical role in developing investment strategies, structuring project financing, managing energy asset portfolios, and optimizing operational performance. With a prudent yet flexible approach, she also maintains sustainable relationships with investors, financial partners, and strategic clients, strengthening SolarBK’s financial resilience and scalability over the long term.

Ông Kỳ Quang Minh phụ trách Khối Phát triển Công nghệ lõi của SolarBK, giữ vai trò định hướng và phát triển năng lực công nghệ cốt lõi, nền tảng tạo nên lợi thế cạnh tranh dài hạn của doanh nghiệp.

Ông chịu trách nhiệm các hoạt động R&D và kết nối chặt chẽ giữa nghiên cứu và triển khai thực tiễn, bảo đảm các giải pháp công nghệ của SolarBK có tính ứng dụng cao, khả năng mở rộng và duy trì vị thế dẫn dắt về công nghệ. Ông cũng thường xuyên tham gia các diễn đàn, hội thảo chuyên ngành, chia sẻ góc nhìn về công nghệ và đổi mới sáng tạo.

Ms. Sylvie Lam concurrently leads the Project Management and Sustainability Governance Divisions at SolarBK. In this role, she ensures the effective delivery of projects from planning and construction through to operation, meeting stringent requirements on quality, schedule, safety, and long-term performance.

In parallel, she oversees the company’s sustainability governance functions, including human resource development, corporate culture, compliance, legal affairs, and ESG. She plays a vital role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, while fostering a professional, transparent, and sustainable working environment, forming the internal foundation for SolarBK’s stable and long-term growth.
 

Mr. Duong Bao Thang leads the Information Technology Infrastructure Division at SolarBK, responsible for building and operating IT platforms that support corporate governance, business operations, and energy system management.

He focuses on developing IT infrastructure that is stable, flexible, and highly secure, while enhancing customer experience through digital platforms, monitoring systems, data management, and information security. His role ensures that SolarBK is well-positioned to scale operations, operate efficiently, and meet increasing demands for cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation in the energy sector.
